Privacy Policy

This policy explains what we collect when you use MegaVal CDN and how we handle it. We aim to collect the minimum needed to run the service.

Data we process

Account details, API request metadata (timestamps, edge region, response codes) and the media you choose to store. We do not inspect the contents of delivered files beyond what transcoding requires.

Logs

Edge access logs are retained for 30 days for security and troubleshooting, then deleted. Aggregated, non-identifying usage counters are kept for capacity planning.

Cookies

The dashboard uses a single session cookie. The marketing site sets no analytics or advertising cookies.

Your choices

You can export or delete your account data at any time from the dashboard, or by writing to us via the contact form.
